We aim at the fast lining during the middle and later construction stage of the Blast Furnace, fast repair of the iron trought, tuyere and hot air pipe; wearing parts like bell-less top hopper, tank, distributor chute.; wering parts like water slag trough, warehouse cone section, sintering warehouse, sintering distributor chute, etc. We successfully developed a series of wear resistant lining materials. With good quality composite materials and unique combination technology, this material can be used for constuction method including pumping, casting, spraying, painting, etc., without limitationn of construction method. It solves the problems of high temperature wear resustant lining construction locations during the rush to repair, In particular parts, we can make this material into unique composite material with the characteristics of heat insulation, wear resistance and thermal shock stability.
