Silicon carbide ramming mix is mianly used for fill the top of sidewall blocks or cell corner etc.
The dry ramming mix are characterized by high corrosion and erosion resistance against molten steel and slag, dene sintered layer and long service life. They are easy to install and repair, and energy-saving, which is used as working lining in bottom and slope of UHP EAF bottom.
The specific consumption of the mix was 1.0kg/t steel and the lowest was 0.77kg used in UHP EAF in several plants.
Dry ramming mix is used to install the EAF bottom on site.
Ramming mix series includes semi-graphite based cold ramming mix and semi-graphitic hot ramming paste.
Including SiC ramming mix, Corundum ramming mix, carbon ramming mix, drying-free ramming mix etc.

Zirconia ramming mix made from zircon as main raw material, is characterized with good corrosion resistance, small thermal expansion, high strength and refractoriness. Different kinds of ramming mixes are available upon the customer's request.
